Ayrshire Scones ( Shenaaz Osman / Mishka Osman Mohamed)

4 cups flour

2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

250g Ayrshire butter

1 cup Ayrshire Buttermilk

3 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Rub butter into flour, combine all wet ingredients and mix gently with dry ingredients

Cut as desired and bake on 200c

NOTE: there is no sugar in the recipe, however i would add sugar to this recipe, perhaps 1/2 cup of sugar depending on how sweet you like it.
